How does the free trial work?

Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial with full feature access. Your card is collected at signup but not charged for the first 30 days. Cancel any time before day 31 from Billing → Manage Subscription and you pay nothing. If you haven't cancelled by then, your first billing cycle begins automatically at the plan's standard rate.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your Billing page inside the app at any time. Prorations are handled automatically by Stripe.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also be invoiced — email us if you prefer that route.

What happens if a promo price expires while I'm subscribed?

Your price stays locked in. If you signed up during a limited-time offer, your subscription keeps renewing at that rate as long as it stays active.

Can I get a refund?

Because we offer a 30-day free trial, refunds are not typical. If you were billed in error or have a special situation, email us — we review every case fairly.
